The work argues the depiction of the unknown through photography. While the images indicate a tourist context they dont focus neither on showing an unknown yet specific landscape ‘as it is‘ nor do they comment on a critical aspect of this industry like environmental damages e.x. Those two layers of tourism become readable only in their negation by giving very few hints on concrete locations, circumstances and protagonists. Just as much as the images are ment to reveal something they themselves produce a kind of scenery.
